My family is planning a road trip to Chicago this summer, and I’m really hoping I can make a stop there. I haven’t been to that museum in over 20 years. What a remarkable collection. It’s like walking into a history book. I’ve written about most of the planes you photographed.

Optical illusion almost makes that F-16 look like a twin tail bird! And there’s no way that upside down blue bath-tub every flew, it’s got no control surfaces... but the rest of them are pure engineering genius! thanks for sharing, it’s been too many years I’ve been away
